Capital Chorus is searching for a new musical director
Capital Chorus (capitalchorus.co.uk) is a small and friendly auditioned men’s barbershop chorus based in Ealing, West London. In our 40-year history, we have won several prizes including the best small chorus and the most entertaining chorus award at the British Association of Barbershop Singers’ annual convention. We sing at music festivals and events around the South East including the London Marathon, the Brighton Marathon and the Ideal Home Show, and we have appeared on BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio London and national television.
After 5 years, our current director, Nick Beever, is moving on. We are now looking for a new Musical Director to start in September 2024, who shares our ambition to grow and improve the chorus, while having a good time and being part of a welcoming and inclusive group of singers.
Rehearsals are in Ealing on Monday evenings.
