Due to domestic problems Tony Pelling, joint
founder of The Sussex Harmonisers, is stepping
down as our MD. We therefore require a new
EXPERIENCED MUSICAL DIRECTOR.
The Club has a seventy plus membership of enthusiastic
ambitious singers with a full programme of events.
We have a strong administration team, also an excellent music
team led by Jay Dearling and we are ably supported by our
visiting coach Peter Kennedy.
The Sussex Harmonisers meet on Tuesday evenings at the
large modern St. Paul's College, with its first class facilities, at
Jane Murray Way, Burgess Hill, Sussex RH15 8GA which is
close to the A23.

The Piertown Chorus - Wigan
urgently require a new Musical Director. We are a long established
chorus and rehearse at The Swinley Club in Wigan on Wednesday
evenings. The services of an experienced Director would be prefered
but consideration would be given to any enthusiastic person with the

Vocal Academy, Huntingdon's Men's Close Harmony Chorus
invites applications for the post of Chorus Director. Formed as recently as 2001, Vocal Academy experienced considerable success, with virtually annual wins at the Oundle Festival of Music and Drama, including 2010 and in the national barbershop chorus competition under its founding Chorus Director, gaining 9th place first time out in 2005, winning Cambridge Scroll for most improved chorus in 2007 and reaching joint 8th in in 2008. We are looking for a Chorus Director prepared to work with the committee and existing chorus members to maintain the musical standards we aspire to and our reputation for top quality performances as we recruit locally, rebuild our membership and achieve the joint aims of competing at Llandudno in May 2011 (reaching Top 10 standard again), firmly establishing us as Huntingdon's premier men's chorus and encouraging men both young and old to sing with quality and pride - we already have one member in the National Barbershop Youth Chorus and are keen to expand that.
We therefore seek an experienced choral director, male or female, who is up for the challenge! We rehearse on Wednesday evenings in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. THE MAGNA CARTA CHORUS - Hampton (S.E. of Heathrow) Middlesex
Whether you are an established musical director or an aspiring musical director looking for your first chorus we would like to meet you.
We are a small but expanding club situated in Hampton S.E. of Heathrow. Our Musical Director is retiring in October and so we are looking for an M.D. who can build on his hard work.
Following a very successful recent Learn to Sing course, he leaves a lively, enthusiatic club with a good mix of new and established members.
