Sing 2021 356 days 2 hours 39 mins 48 secs This year’s planning effort will not be wasted or lost… Notwithstanding some inevitable minor adjustments and confirmation of availability from our two guest quartets, Forefront and Instant Classic, it is our planned intention to deliver this year’s advertised convention as Sing2021 in Bournemouth. Click here for more information about Sing2021. Online Booking The box office is an online system and there is no limit to the number of names on one booking. Payments will be made through Paypal and all bookings will be confirmed immediately by email, with badges and show tickets being sent out shortly afterwards. Registration Options As well as the great value full weekend option, there is a two-day option (Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun and Fri/Sun) and a one-day option (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). It is cheaper to buy in advance than at Convention, and to encourage younger singers there are special rates for under 26 year olds and Juniors under 16. Plus, members with a young family, any children under 5 go free. Show Tickets As last year, seats for all shows will be unallocated. Buy individual shows or take advantage of the All Shows special offer. Again, there are special rates for under 26 year olds and Juniors under 16. Children under 5 are the same price as the Juniors. Booking Terms and Conditions Everyone attending, or wanting to enter the convention centre, must either register and pay a registration fee or purchase a separate show ticket as appropriate. The purchase of Registrations and Show Tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions. Requests for changes to a booking must be made by email to the BABS Registrations Manager. Registrations Name Changes £12 fee for each set of name changes. Changes allowed up to 31st March 2021. No changes after this date. Cancellations 50% Refund for cancellations notified up to online Box Office Closing Date.25% Refund for cancellations notified up to 21st May 2021.0% Refund for cancellations notified on or after the first day of the event. Refunds These will not be approved or processed without the return of the original registration documents (name badges). Any refund will be paid to the original credit/debit card used to make the booking. This will be done via PayPal. No cash, cheque or bank transfer payments will be made. Lost Registration Badges To replace a lost badge at any time, there will be a £10 fee to cover administration. Show Tickets Tickets will not be exchanged nor monies refunded. Reselling tickets for profit or commercial gain makes them void. The purchase of a show ticket without a registration, gives limited access for a period of 30 minutes prior to and immediately after a show for the selected show only. Access to any other event(s) or activity is not permitted. There will be a £10 administration fee to replace a lost show ticket. Bookings are now closed for this event.
