BABS and the latest (13 August) Government Guidelines

Yesterday (13 August) the UK Government reviewed its guidance to Performing Arts organisations, both professional and non-professional, in a way that suggests that the former hard line on the prohibition of singing has softened, and the way is starting to open up where some cautious and tightly controlled resumption of singing may be possible.
