Jill is a Performance Category Judge with BABS. She has been involved with Barbershop singing for over 17 years and competed with Phoenix Chorus in International Competition in 2008.

She has sung in Quartets and was delighted to win the LABBS ‘Most Improved Quartet’ Award with ‘In Accord’ a few years ago. 

Before finding Barbershop, she performed in many amateur dramatic productions, including plays such as Little Voice, Blythe Spirit and ‘Allo Allo, and she has studied Classical Ballet and Tap and ‘had a go’ at many different dance genres, including Belly Dancing!

Jill is passionate about helping people to achieve their potential and this is demonstrated in her qualifications and work history. For many years, she was a Careers Advisor, specialising in working with people with additional needs to identify and achieve their goals. She now works in the Beauty Industry as a Reflexologist and other treatments too.
