Derek Parmenter Honour

The Parmenter Honour is a special award established to recognise service of such significance that it transcends all other categories. Presented at the discretion of the Board, it is reserved for individuals whose enduring commitment, steady leadership, and quiet dedication have been absolutely vital to the life and success of BABS. Named in honour of its first recipient, Derek Parmenter, this distinction represents the highest appreciation of those without whom the organisation would not be the same.
