The Reception opens at 0730 on Saturday morning, but for those who are arriving early, or are competing early on Saturday, the Reception will also be open from 1800 to 2100 on Friday evening

Who is appearing in the show on the Saturday night and what time will it start?
The Saturday Show - The Glow of Champions - starts at 9pm and will feature current champions from around the UK.

Are we going to have a Big Sing (Polecats) outside in a public area to let the public know about barbershop?
Given how jam packed the timetable is this weekend, there simply isn't time for something of this nature to be centrally organised.
If people do want to sing in public, please remember the golden rule - never sing for an unwilling audience.
Can a club representative collect singing member chorus ticket/registrations on say Friday night for an early Saturday start ?
Yes they can!
Will results of the male and mixed chorus competitions be published as a single list (ie mixed in together) like they are for prelims?
The results will be shown separately, as they are still two separate competitions
If I am a member of a chorus that doesn't win a trophy or am a supporter, how do I find out my chorus score?
All chorus scores will be published on our website shortly after the events conclusion.
Will there be Gluten Free Options at the Event?
There are a couple of Gluten Free options available from the in-house catering, as shown on the menu here
