The process to order your tickets for convention is as follows:

  1. Enter your own details and membership number (if you have one) on the registration form
  2. You will be sent an email with details of how to log in but you will also be logged straight into the homepage when you click submit
  3. First you will need to press the 'Payment for Tickets' tab on the homepage
  4. You will then enter the quantity of how many of each ticket type you wish to purchase
  5. You then click the PayPal button and pay for those selected tickets
  6. You now need to enter details for your guests and your own personal pass using the “Apply for you and your guests tab”. This message should be displayed on your screen. If you want to do this at a later date, you will need to click on the access key in the email sent through to you and go to this tab.
  7. You will need to add your own details (using the dropdown for 'Existing People') and then add your passes (see below example image)

8. After each submission, they will need to click the 'Click Here to Apply For More' button (see below example image)

9. You will need to repeat this for all your tickets purchased.
10. When a guest gets added, they will be sent an email to confirm their details.

You are able to order tickets for your whole club. The process will be the same as steps 3 to 9. Please note, if you do this the passes will all show under the one organiser but each individual will get a copy of their ticket.
