Have you applied for a Recruitment Grant in the past year?

If you have ran a Time to Sing Course in the past 3 years, please give details of how many individuals regsitered to participate in the course, and how many people became full members of the Club afterwards

If awarded the Grant, please indidicate what the money will be spent on - give a breakdown where possible.
